「Apartment was clean, down to earth (literally, lol...semi-basement apartment, but totally comfortable and plenty of air and light), both furnished and kitchen stocked with the basics, neighborhood was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Considering the sketchy reviews of hotels in the area and that the only dependable one was the Holiday Inn (which charges *Chicago* rates), this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!」

「The property was beautiful. It was remote and the scenery was picturesque. The sound traveled oddly clear over the lake. We could make out distict voices from the house across the way although it was too far to see them. We didn't mind the noise, though. The problem was that there was no wifi, no bath towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no broom. We had to go to the closest walmart 25 minutes away to buy these basic amenities for ourselves. There was a canoe and paddle...

「The house was as described, and perfect for our family getaway. The location was close to the banquet facility we had an event at. The house was pretty clean, however there was only bottom sheets with comforters on the beds, no top sheets, which we all found strange. 」
