「We had a wonderful stay. My favorite hotel out of 12 while we traveled Iceland. We were upgraded to a suite that was amazing! Beautiful large bathroom, table sitting area, living room with sofa and a large bedroom and large and comfy bed. They also have a nice spa but unfortunately we were just too tired to use. The breakfast was also very good and had a great selection.」

「The stay did not match the expectations for the price level. While the location is interesting, the overall experience felt quite basic compared to other hotels in a similar price range in Iceland. The room quality and breakfast were average and did not reflect what one would expect from a hotel at this rate. The pool is presented as part of the hotel experience, but in practice it is a separate nearby facility with limited opening hours (closing at 20:00 and reopening at 11:00, which...

「Stayed in the globe starlight cabin at the back of the property. Driveway to cabin was very rough. Unit could use a small bar fridge as travellers often have perishables or drinks to keep cold. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well stocked. Staff provided outstanding service.」

「This was probably the best hotel (& room) we staying during our Iceland vacation. Clean room, friendly staff, great views, proximity to places of interest, restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.」

「I’m going to sound like a Karen, and I recognize the weather was terrible so likely made everything seem worse, but the place cost a lot and I would expect better. Cabins and property were rundown and not super well maintained and the hot water ran out quickly. The fridge made a terrible noise. There was not a lot of privacy despite having a private cabin - couldn’t have any of the curtains open as anyone could easily look in. 2 of the four restaurants in the area were closed and there was...
