No WiFi despite advertising it in the description. Technically, they provide a WiFi signal, but it disconnected constantly (it was at one bar of strength) and unusable. The room itself was clean and well-organized. I did like that overall, but I strongly dislike advertising amenities that don't exist, or are provided at a bare-minimum, unusable level. A dedicated router needs to be nearby, or one in each cabin. I was in cottage #1.

I’ve toured the entire island and have stayed in really nice places to guesthouses and this place by far my least favorite. It sits very close to a beautiful place other than that nothing good to say. Very basic to the point that u can tell they cut every corner to save money. WiFi is non existent. Reaching out for any type of help was a joke. No idea that the lobby sat inside of a restaurant, had to look for 30 min with no help from staff answering messages. Shower felt like an accident waiting to happen , very plastic and slippery. For the amount I paid I expected a bit more.

Nice and clean cottages. It was raining heavily so a paved path to the cottages would have been helpful avoiding pooling water. No TV, so a quiet night is a given.

What could be improved is the flexibility shown in exceptional circumstances. We were unable to reach the cottage due to a snowstorm, and a partial refund would have been a reasonable gesture of goodwill. Policies serve their purpose from a business standpoint, but an occasional act of understanding goes a long way in building lasting customer loyalty
