I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price but declined and the standard room I had was more than sufficient and had everything I needed. Only reason for giving a four star review was due to the fact that I had contacted the hotel prior to booking for a general query regarding room type and the lady I spoke to noted my query along with contact details (email and mobile number) and said she would have to find out the answer and get back to me.. 「Room was great place was spotless ,staff were top notch , think there was a kitchen staff shortage at breakfast sitting ,ran out of bacon for a good 10 minutes, didn’t effect me but the other patrons looked a bit annoyed. . Otherwise a great place to stay 」

「After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about staying here, but I needn't had worried. The staff were friendly and helpful, the accommodation was actually really nice. Better than I was expecting. It's not the Ritz so don't except 5 star cleanliness, but it was better than I thought, it was clean, cozy and warm. We stayed in a 2 bed comfort cabin with 6 of us and it was fine for what we needed. Love the theming as it made it more fun. 」

「Huge Room in one of the suites at Ullesthorpe with sofa, couple of desks and large bathroom. Check in was very easy and accommodating. Large onsite car parking as attached to golf course. We did not use the leisure facilities but would have done if timing allowed. Breakfast wasn’t the best quality but the staff were very accommodating to assist and change items as required. 「Check in was fast. The room allocated to me was easily accessible and very spacious. The plumbing system needs to be repaired. I found something floating in the wc when I first got into the room. Thought the housekeeping did not do a thorough job, but after I flushed the toilet, the floating objects kept reappearing. It was rather disgusting. The hotel has a pub and food was good, service was great too. 」
