We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for the team in Harry’s Bar and Restaurant. They were all excellent and the food was delicious!! We took our Jack Russell puppy with us and were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but from our experience this is a great hotel to take dogs. They’re welcome everywhere but the spa and all the staff made a fuss of him.

Great location, and very friendly staff. However, there were a few things that werent ideal, such as: cobwes in the room, half cleaning/tidying thr room - having waited all day for the room to be cleaned, hallway/ corridor filled with dirty sheets and towels from about 8am to 6pm.
