We were there for the Model Train Show so it was a perfect location. The bar/restaurant on second floor was great. It was confusing when the red dot restaurant was open. They provided ice for the room at the bar when asked. We were surprised we couldn’t charge the restaurant to the room. Overall a good stay.

We had an accessible room, the flooring in the shower was a little damaged through wear and tear, the bathroom lighting was quite dingy. The rest of the room was lovely. The breakfast was fabulous and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Built within the football stadium this is a unique place to stay with some rooms having views over the pitch. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of car parking available at a guest rate and plenty of restaurants close by. The only drawback is the distance from the lifts to some of the bedrooms.

Clean and well-equipped room with hairdryer, iron, rust-free kettle, and fresh bed linen. Some wear and tear on tiles in the bathroom and furnitures in bedroom, likely due to high traffic, but everything was clean and well organised. Hotel was flexible – extended my stay till 5 pm for just half-day rate, beyond the usual 1:30 pm limit. Affordable and convenient. Would visit again.
