「Lovely hosts, clean rooms albeit somewhat older. Good shower. Okay wifi. Some maintenance issues; for example the wall socket pulled out of the wall by the bed. And one chair in our room was ancient. Otherwise a quite well located, totally fine place to stay. We'd stay again if passing that way without hesitation.」

「House was very clean. Location was great because there is not many places to stay in this rural area. Access and communication was perfect. I did find the living room furniture very small, scarce, and not suitable for comfortable use and a place to relax and converse. We appreciate your hospitality.」

「Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!」
