「Comfortable beds clean rooms. Good breakfast」

「The room floor was too sticky, and smells weird. We had 2 rooms booking , asked them to give rooms next to each other due to our elderly parents were also with us , but they couldn’t At least accommodate near by rooms. The ac wasn’t functioning well and it was too hot , couldn’t even sleep with that kind of sweat, and curtains were not full covered. parking was good .As people visit and try to stay overnight, would be better if breakfast is provided or At least coffee」

「I really was disappointed with the lack of pool part but overall know vending or ice machine i don't believe I noticed a laundry area or any activities for the customers to do something to occupy the free time shall it not be sleeping a gym or some kinda extra thing that helps the great services they offer stand out for the public and the amount of people who would bring in more revenue for there company」

「The home was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the opportunity to relax. The option to use kayaks was also very fun. The main reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star rating is because of the long dirt road with potholes we had to drive to get there. Otherwise, a great stay. 」

「Unique property with character. We enjoyed our stay at this cozy litlle cottage. The food was amazing they provide a great home cooked breakfast to your door. 」

「Our hosts were very accommodating from the time we arrived, while we were there, and after we left. The breakfast was an added bonus, and the beautiful country setting was just what we were looking for. Located nearby all of the local springs, hiking trails, parks, and hearing the wolves howl from the nearby sanctuary were amazing to here at night while we were enjoying the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back the next time we head up that way. Karla and I really enjoyed Chocolate’s hospitality!」

「I cannot say enough good things about this place ! They, LITERALLY, thought of everything. Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED. Laundry. Comfortable master bed. Extra blankets. Pool towels, if needed. Grill !! An amazing view !! Minutes to downtown Moab. Management company was available, if needed, within minutes. We had a small issue with an Amazon package and they were AMAZING !!If you have the opportunity to rent this location … DO IT !!」

「The land and surrounding scenery was spectacular. But the best part was the Quintessential Southern Host, Miss Charlene. She was very caring and accommodating. I would highly recommend spending time here!」

「This was such a great experience. We snorkeled that day at Cypress Springs and then checked into the Airstream and kept the nature vibes going. Lit the Fire pit, grilled burgers, and chilled in the hot tub.Would love to stay here again the next time we're in town!」
