「We were over the moon with our stay. The only downfall was the king bed box spring was collapsed on one side so the mattress sinks in that spot- sleeping with a toddler left it inevitable not to end up sleeping there. 「The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. 「Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. 「チェックイン時に３回部屋を移動しました。最初の部屋に行くとキーが反応しなくて入れない、次の部屋に行くとベッドのサイズが予約と違い小さくてダメ、３回目の部屋で落ち着きました。最初の部屋はどう見てもドア側のセンサーが古くて悪そうでしたので、ドア側のセンサーの確認をした方がいいと思います。 最初の夜、家族３人でキングサイズベッドで寝ていると、突然ベッドの真ん中が落ちました。ベッドの下を見ると支柱が３本ずれてしまっていました。翌朝部屋を変更してもらい助かりましたが、今回の宿泊でトータル４回も部屋を変更することになり、疲れました。でも、受付の方は親切に対応してくれましたので助かりました。」
