「今まで泊まった中でサービス最悪でした。 1) クリーニング費払ってるのに掃除にも来ず、タオル等の入れ替えもなし。 2) ティッシュが無く、トイレットペーパーも予備が無い。 3) 置いてあるグラスに汚れがある 4) ルーターあるのにWi-Fi使えない。問い合わせると無いと言い張られる。 5) アーリーチェックインを申し込んでいても結局できない。 等々、ツッコミ所が多過ぎて思い出しても腹が立つ。 世界中色んなホテルに泊まって来たが、サービス悪いというよりもサービスの無いホテルは初めて。 一つだけフォローすると立地はいい。 それを打ち消して余りあるホテルです。」

「チェックイン時に３回部屋を移動しました。最初の部屋に行くとキーが反応しなくて入れない、次の部屋に行くとベッドのサイズが予約と違い小さくてダメ、３回目の部屋で落ち着きました。最初の部屋はどう見てもドア側のセンサーが古くて悪そうでしたので、ドア側のセンサーの確認をした方がいいと思います。 最初の夜、家族３人でキングサイズベッドで寝ていると、突然ベッドの真ん中が落ちました。ベッドの下を見ると支柱が３本ずれてしまっていました。翌朝部屋を変更してもらい助かりましたが、今回の宿泊でトータル４回も部屋を変更することになり、疲れました。でも、受付の方は親切に対応してくれましたので助かりました。」

「My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean.
