「Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. 」

「Swim up bar was fun, the view was amazing. Roan was amazing getting our car for us as well as Lea. Loved them. My only suggestion would be to have the bar open a little earlier.」

「クリスマスに二泊しました。空港からホテルまでタクシーで7ドル、スーツケース4ドルです。丘の上にありますが、ダウンタウンまで歩くことができます。レストランは夜景が綺麗で評判もいいみたいでしたが、予約できませんでした。部屋は清潔で備品も揃って快適でしたが、お湯の温度が低かったこと、エレヴェーターがない棟で荷物を自分たちで運ぶのは大変でした。値段を考えると満足できるホテルでした。」

「Staff were wonderful. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we would have appreciated the cleaning staff to come and vacuum on weekends otherwise stay was fantastic!」
