"空港直結のため、入口で荷物チェックがあり、面倒だなぁ、と思いましたが、出発前の一次荷物チェックがパスされているので、便利だな、と思いました。 お部屋はクリーンで、ヨーロッパのホテルには置かれなくなった、歯ブラシはレセプションにお願いすれば頂けます。 朝食は色鮮やかで、健康的な美味しいお食事でした。 ホテルスタッフの方々へも朝食が提供されているところを見ると、スタッフ想いなホテルと感じます。 朝早い便を利用するのであれば、大変便利かつ快適なホテルです‼️"

"スリッパ、バスローブが忘れられていた。 ミニバーには瓶のビールなどがあるが栓抜きはおいてない。 ティッシュも2枚使うとなくなった。 連泊の際に水が補充されない。 とはいえいえ安かったので仕方ない。"

"交通の便は悪く、旧市街から帰宅するためにタクシーに声をかけたが乗車拒否をされた。しかし、市内の騒がしさはまったくなくとても落ち着いた素敵なホテルだった。隣のヒルタウンにもすぐ遊びに行けた。スパもとても心地よかったです。"

"The air conditioner was broken and no cold air came out. I claimed the problem and the hotel staff checked it, but they said it was "working" and that it was just blowing air, and of course there was no cold air coming out. I booked this hotel without realizing that it was a non-smoking hotel, so I spent the whole night in a hot, muggy room with a broken air conditioner. The unbelievable experience continued when the staff double-booked my room and assigned it to another guest, who opened the door to my room while I was there. We looked at each other and together we put in a complaint to reception. Also, strangely, there is no trash can in the room. Although it was only one night, I would not recommend it for foreign travelers."
