「There are many lovely staff (and dogs) and they will guide you town's best shops, restauraunts and activities! Also, our return flight was so late and have time to wait for it. But the hotel accepted the transfer service, so we didn't worry about anything. Also, I've never forget the amazing views from this hotel! We'll come back soon.」

「A marvellous experience. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I stayed in a number during my working life. Everything is beautiful and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are outstanding - without exception. We had booked a panorama room, but were upgraded to an executive suite with amazing views of the Sea of Marmara. 「街を見晴らす景色が素晴らしく、そのために泊まる価値はあると思います。ただ、高台にありますので、下りはともかく登りはタクシーを使わないとつらいでしょう。 清潔さで星を減らしたのは、バスタブで錆びた赤茶色の湯しか出てこなかったからですが、これはオフシーズンのホテルでは仕方ないのかもしれません。 Gold メンバーの特権だと思いますが、アーリーチェックインを許してもらえたので、助かりました。ボトル一本のワインも部屋においてあったのですが、できればこれはcomplimentary であると明記してほしかったです。全体としてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。」
