What a fantastic concept hotel! The food and drinks was great, the pool enormous, the hotel amazing looking... just like a cruise ship, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved it and we extended our stay because we didn't want to leave.

Transatlantik hotel mimics a cruise ship inside and outside. We weren't sure what to expect but it was fantastic. Everything is included - food, drinks, entertainment and a massive pool area. The food was excellent at the buffet restaurant, we enjoyed good Turkish wines and lots of cocktails and spirits, the outdoor disco and band were great and the night time pianist in the lobby was so talented. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had so much fun we kept extending our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

The nightmare stay because of the disco

The hotel is huge and has a big waterpool, the booking is full, so there are lots of people and on the beach as well (no social distancing as well) , the food is really nice, for all tastes, you can take water and different kind of beverages during all of the day, the problem started when I found out there are no place for quite rest (in this huge hotel!). The one part of the hotel goes to the road (that I didn't want to choose), the other was to the pool, but who knew that till 12 p.m. in front of the windows is organized the disco with enormously loud music from which you can't hide, because inside my room there was almost the same, they use special disco equipment for open space concert (I think), so I wonder how is this possible in the places where live children and other people to organize such events? I guess there should be investigations to be made to stop such activity or do a special soundproof building for this, so I wouldn't recommend this hotels for family with children or those who want to go to sleep at 10 p.m., because it's impossible to slip. Also, it's a very pity that the receiptionist didn't want to receive my written complain when I left the hotel (I decided to live after 1 day of statement, even I booked for 2), and he told me the following: I can't receive your complaint because you've already gave me your card, so you don't stay in our hotel, and can't complain... Don't know what to say, the guy, who behave like this doesn't respect clients

Vanvittig bråkete hotell, stort sett bare russere. De spilte høy musikk fra egene anlegg. Nesten ingen vasket eller spritet hendene før de forsynte seg i buffeten. Utrolig dårlig akustikk som gjorde måltidene til en støysone uten like. Skulle egentlig være der to netter, men valgte å dra etter kun en. Maten og drikken var heller ikke noe å skryte av. I tillegg luktet det innestengt på rommet.

Vi blev inte glada över hotellet eftersom vi fick inte ett band över handen första dagen vi checkade in. Och därefter andra dagen så kallade de securitty och tog ut oss från poolen framför alla folk och sa att vi inte har ett band.

Poolbereich, Buffet Essen war alles Top. Die Sauberkeit und die Austattung der Standartzimmer ging aber garnicht. Teilweise waren Möbel am auseinanderfallen und wurden mit Packetklebeband zusammengeklebt damit diese halten. Unter meinem Spannbettlacken war ein genutzes Kondom. Das zeigt mir das nicht richtig sauber gemacht wird. Die Zimmer waren aber auch teils echt dreckig. Personal ging. Einige sehr freundlich andere wiederum nicht.

Jó szálloda talán kicsit már a szezon végi elhasználódás látszott rajta. A konyha jó volt sokféle ételt kínálnak. Viszont bejelentkezéskor a recepciós azt ajánlotta, hogy adnak egy jobb szobát felá fejében. Véleményem szerint a főépületet ajánlotta végül a másik épületben a földszint helyett az első emeleten kaptunk egy ugyanolyan szobát. Ez nem esett jól ...

All in all gut

Ich habe leider das Economy Zimmer gebucht und war nicht mit den Zimmer einverstanden. Es war in die äußerem Ecke mit kein Fenster zur Tür. Da wollte ich nicht 2 Nächte bleiben so bin ich zur Rezeption gegangen und habe ein besseres Zimmer für 20 Euro mehr bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, hat eine sehr große Pool Landschaft, Sauna, Fitness usw. Das Essen war gut aber kein 5 Sterne essen. All in all ist es ein schönes Hotel. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Da ist eine Strandbar die Mittags Snacks hat.
