"Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏 Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Piste. Zu den anderen Pisten gibt es auch ein Shuttle Service. Man kann die komplette Ski Ausstattung im Ski Raum buchen. Die...

"The front desk gentleman was very helpful (long hair with ponytail). The fact that he could speak really good english helped. The breakfast was very basic, but the dinner was absolutely divine. "

"Good stay for a night after our flight and the breakfast was fantastic however a lot of amenities were missing such as towels, toilet paper and toiletries and needs some maintenance. "
