Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!

The historical buildings were renovated recently and turned into this wonderful hotel.Everyone was very professional, helpful as well as friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Kayseri itself is a good starting point for excursions in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended.

It was a super hotel. Very nice deco and pretty outside. The manager was so helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and we ate twice in the evening. There was also a very nice restaurant just around the corner.

I rarely post a review, but credit where credit is due. If you are looking for a lux experience at a good price this place hits all the highs. Amazingly renovated property combines modern luxuries with ancient historic building. Staff cannot be nicer, food, especially breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey. I would consider making this s base for Cappadocia which is only 1 hour drive away. The mountain backdrop also provides skiing in Jan and Feb. Kayseri is also an interesting, none tourist town with a beautiful castle and museum and an authentic bazaar for all yhe shppers out there.

An unforgettable experience in Kayseri

Everything started with our early check in experience. Because we arrived so early, the room was not ready yet. But staff immediately took action and upgraded our room, without any charge. The room was exceptional. Building's architecture from outside is representing historical houses. When you go inside, harmony of modern and history welcomes you. The breakfast is a must if you would like to try local food. Also they hear your suggestions and renew the menu according to requests. The hall is calm and helps you to enjoy silence. Rooms are very very clean, makes you feel like home. Overall, will definitely visit again.

Good hotel but painful experience finding it

We had a terrible experience locating the hotel: (1) the pin on google maps was wrong (we've asked google to change it, it's been rectified since then so don't worry about it now), (2) the road leading to the actual hotel was torn apart, so we were not sure where to park. It turns out the parking lot is on the other side. A staff member kindly came with us to lead us to that lot located behind the hotel. I would have appreciated some comms from the hotel with instructions on how to find the hotel and the parking lot while the road is being fixed (not sure how long it will take...) - if you don't hear anything, you may want to get in touch with the hotel to confirm the exact location. Otherwise, our room was huge, with a lot of wood, very high ceiling, and quiet. It certainly had a luxury and traditional feel to it. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (they even served us a breakfast at 6am as we had an early flight, despite the standard breakfast time of 8am - much appreciated). This was just an overnight stay to catch an early flight but from what I saw of Kayseri I wouldn't recommend a stay there as a tourist - it's a large city and we struggled to find dining options as well. We ended up in a fast food near the hotel which did the job. Overall, with the right comms from the hotel on location and parking, it would have been a pleasant stay but it started fairly badly...
