「 The hotel is conveniently located right across from the park. It has a lovely little terrace offering a beautiful view. The breakfast is quite complete, and as always, the staff is incredibly kind. For what we were looking for, it was perfect. 」

「Susanna the general manager was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. She arranged reliable transportation for day trips and to the airport. She made great suggestions on local good and activities. The spa is lovely, Turkish baths, cold plunge, hot tub, several therapeutic massage options. Just a great stay in Baños at Isla with Susanna. 」

「The water temperature in the rooms does not regulate well, extremely hot then will go to extremely cold. The area above the city is beautiful, breakfast was excellent, beds are comfortable. You need transportation to get into town. 」
