「Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.」

「This is our third time staying here while on a college visit and it has been perfect.」

「Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. All the staff we met were helpful and kind.」

「The room was ok but bathroom was not clean and faucet broken and turning around on the counter, bottles broken from wall in shower and just left on the side. Comforter was filthy and had to request new one. Counter surfaces were dirty with marks all over and we had to wipe them down with Clorox. Sheets and towels had spots on them. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. After evacuating, we were told to go back inside with the alarms still going off for a long time but no explanation so...

「What I didn't like was there was no microwave in the room ,no ironing board the room just wasn't what I expected for a high end hotel I don't plan on staying again for that amount of money」

「clean comfortable room. quiet staff awesome breakfast very good parking lot needs replacement」

「I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it. 」
