「Eagle's Landing in East Berne, NY was immaculate. Communication with the owner, Kathleen was outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring.」

「Just returned from a concert, at midnight and got a night clerk knocked on my room door, and her badgering me about slamming a door. I just returned i told her. How can that be. That was not very welcoming. The Morning desk clerk was more than accommodating.」

「Common areas need thorough cleaning, woodwork etc. Back door supposed to be a security door but does not close properly.」

「I gave it 3 stars because the free Wi-Fi was not working.」

「Room had no working wifi connection plus there was no signal at all in the room. I had to go near the elevator just to load. I called front desk and she was of no help. She didn’t even attempt to help nor did she want to provide me with a refund for my stay. I didn’t stay and left the hotel.」

「どのHampton innも同じサービス、クォリティは安心できる。14日朝にエレベーターが故障した。フロントスタッフには7:30には直ると言われたが、エレベーターは2機あるのだから、どちらかを運転して欲しかった。」
