「We were enthusiastic about the proximity to Cooperstown and the rural quiet of the farm meadow. The host was very helpful with the written description of access and responsive to our requests, showing their concern and care for their customers. Upon arrival, we found dirty flatware, dishes, and cooking pots/pans. The bathroom and dining area were impressively clean, but we found the floor surprisingly not clean. Quite thankfully the weather was cool and we did not need to use the noisy air...

「We are obsessed with this property. Everything start to finish was absolutely amazing. The house is simply stunning, very well maintained l, beautiful and modern. We ran in to multiple family members taking care of the on site horses and everyone was so lovely and took the time to chat with our kids and let them pet the horses. Would recommend this house to anyone headed to Cooperstown or the surrounding area!」

「This was a wonderful property to stay at while my son played baseball at Dreams Park. It was only and 11 minutes drive to the park. The house was clean and very cute inside. I would definitely book this house again.」

「Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house.」

「Our hosts were very kind, attentive and responded quickly, with efficiency. The rustic cabin and property is perfect for a quiet little hide-away, decompression & get in touch with nature. The drive to our Grandson's Cooperstown Tournament was an easy 25 minutes through beautiful, hilly Central New York State rural countryside. The character of the home gets better with each day as you learn to slow down again. Believe in the "Rustic". Finding the driveway is a great introduction into...

「What a beautiful, beautiful property. So clean, SUPER spacious, entire house is perfectly stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Fit our group of 10 perfectly. Driving back and forth from Dreams park was very reasonable, only about 15 min. Thank you Dan for being so accommodating. Can’t recommend this property enough.」

「It was a nice property with a great location! The amenities were great, and the beds were comfortable!」

「Beautiful home, property, land etc. Very clean and cozy from the moment we walked in. Bathroom was also updated which was a nice surprise because we thought it was glass shower doors. Will absolutely stay here again. We felt right at home and we usually don’t because we’re concerned of cleanliness and coziness. Love this home & treated it like it was ours!」
