「This is an incredible rental! The owner David is so kind and accommodating, and the place itself is pristine--exactly as pictured. I loved the seclusion of the cabin (it's a 30-minute drive to get to the restaurants and grocery stores in/around Beacon), the hiking trails on the property, and the glorious lookout point. 10/10!!」

「Great experience at the Todd Hill farmhouse! Thank you for having us. It is well equipped and such a restful and expansive hosting space for a large group. I will note, this is the second year coming and we always struggle with the coffee pot when trying to make a full 10 cup pot it tends to overflow and not drain correctly. Other than that, was a great stay! Thanks!」

「We loved how stocked the kitchen was. Super appliances, great cookware, great knives, nice glassware, spices, foil, plastic wrap. We really didn't want for anything when it came to meal preparation and storage of leftovers.The hot-tub was one of our favorites we've ever been in. Perfect for the serene, lake setting. Brad's advice to keep the hot tub temp at 100 degrees was perfect! and it kept that temp even with the outside temp in the teens! We did not get overheated and could stay in it...

「The host was easy to message with and happy to coordinate running the pool heater for our stay in late August. This rental is attached to the pool house (separate entrance with bonus room, bathroom, and sauna). The main rental house was bright and relaxing. The upstairs room felt special to our daughter as her bedroom. Overall great location for a relaxing staycation vibe.」

「This property was such a disappointment! The pool and the hot tub both leaked, so the water levels were low, if we filled them up the water was too cold to use them. We stayed for 2 weeks and no one ever came by to do any maintenance on anything on the property. The property is advertised as having 4 bedrooms it does not, the loft shown in the photos is only for show which was a huge disappointment to my granddaughters. 「We only stopped for the night. The place was very clean & it smelled fresh- the room was quaint. It had a small tv (not a smart tv), fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron board, and all the necessities in the bathroom- the AC cooled the room down within minutes of our arrival. The bed and pillows were comfy. We did not stay to eat breakfast, but it looked and smelled good- if the need arises in our future, we will stay here again!」
