「2nd time to use this hotel in this month beacause i loved it in the first time thanks to the hospitality/support by the reception staff (blonde hair young gentleman). This time, i brought my co-worker with me and he liked it too. As long as the same reception staff is there, my co-workers and i will use this hotel in the future too.」

「When we booked it didn’t tell us the water park would be closed. Which is the main reason we booked for the kids. Had to go to great wolf lodge for the water park experience because they were open. Technically we stayed at the Gaylord just to sleep. Mmmm probably won’t go back」

「Clean and convenient, friendly staff.」
