「The only feedback that I have is that the sound on the TV didnt work. One of the staff came up and tried to fix but was unable to. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in this hotel.」

「The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to」

「広くてきれいでとても良かったです。衛生面であえてだと思うのですが、朝食時のコップ、お皿が全て紙だったのに少しがっかりしました。 それ以外は言う事なしでした。 近くにいいレストランもあり利用しました。 スーパーかせめてコンビニがあればなおいいのですが。 時間がなくてプールが使用できなくて残念でした。」

「Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. 」

「The rustic cabin east of Sherwood Park was an awesome place to spend my birthday weekend. The check in process was easy and fast. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We happened to pick a very cold time to come so the house was a bit chilly. Space heaters were provided to help out with that. We enjoyed the hot tub even though the quick trip between the tub and the house was brrrrrrr.」

「Amanda is a great hostess. There was adequate room for our needs, the pool was a great hit with our family. Recommend taking.plenty of water as though there is lots of well water, most of our crew did not care for the taste of it.」

「Everything was perfect, including host Jean. I’ve stayed all over western Canada in rentals and Jean’s was my favourite by far. The part that mattered most to me was the quiet. Staying in a basement suite is usually a noisy situation. I hardly heard a sound. Would definitely stay here again」
