「Staff were great」

「ポーツマスへの観光で利用しました。ポーツマスから車で20分くらいでアクセスも問題ありませんでした。他のHilton Homewood Suitesと負けず劣らず快適で、部屋、プール、朝食とも満足なものでした。平日月~木はReceptionと称する軽い夕食の無料サービスがありますが、子どもには十分な夕食です。このホテルは通常有料のアルコールサービスが無料になっているの（2018年8月現在）も魅力かと思います。」

「Decent hotel in a great location. The room was of a decent size, no coffee maker. There's a microwave in the lobby area. We enjoyed our stay, though we missed parking one night and had to park on the street. The front desk person didn't seem to care much, but it was our last night, so no big deal. Luckily, street parking was free after 8 pm. Overall, nice hotel if you're on a tight budget. Not ideal if you're looking for something fancy.」

「Continental breakfast was inconsistent from one day to the next. But staff was friendly and the place was clean but in need of a bit repair here and there.」

「My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.」

「喫煙の上司との出張で、訪問先からの紹介もありこちらで宿泊。ドーバー自体大きな町ではないのですが、ホテル自体は清潔に保たれており、雰囲気は良かったです。たまたま夕方5時頃からおよそ1時間30分ほど停電しましたが、係りの方が折り曲げて発光させる10cm程のセーフティーライトを階段や廊下に並べ、配っていました。自分は丁度仮眠中だったため、連絡が取れず心配した上司が、スタッフと共に部屋をノックして起こされましたが、停電には慣れているようで、対応も良かったとのこと。夕食は15分ほどかけてNewick'sまで行きでっかいロブスター2匹をそれだけで良いの？って値段で食べてきました。」

「The inn was delightful, the breakfast, delicious, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The steps to the 3rd floor were a bit challenging for an 85 yr-old, but were carpeted and had a good banister. The 2 rooms I rented were small but lovely, with everything you could want available, except only one of the rooms had a comfortable lounging/reading chair. I would be happy to stay again....maybe choosing to be on a lower floor.」

「The Inn was extremely charming, and we loved being able to sit in the library and view the unique set of books. An extremely comfortable bed with pillows when you’re at a home away from home. Owners were so accommodating and we had everything we needed. And it was nice to be away from city life, and also television devices. We had an amazing time! Looking forward to the next time」

「Great place for a night. One minor issue we encountered was ran both space heaters on separate outlets (one in bedroom and one in kitchen) and kept popping one of the breakers so we could only run one space heater that was provided. 」

「This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed.」
