「Beautiful quiet hotel Staff were so helpful if you wanted to arrange transport anywhere The hotel ,jacks bar and sand bar are all under one management so you can add your food and drinks in any of these straight on your room bill I would say this hotel is quiet with older guests and if you have mobility issues then request a lower ground floor room as some rooms have lots of steps to them. Food in Bagatelle and Blue Tropic Italian were varied and we didn’t have a bad meal in either. Free...

「We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival.」
