「I booked my stay in 2025 for May 2026. When I booked breakfast was included. The hotel changed it's policy being January 2026 to breakfast available for a fee. They refused to honor my original booking. They also spoke to me as if I lost my mind and I am imagined it all. I contacted management with prove. 3 days later we have heard nothing about my case.
