「I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year. 」

「My experience was amazing. The location is in a nice area about 7mins walk from the botantical gardens which was lovely. Kingstown is about a 10 min walk away and was nice to explore. The breakfast at the hotel was great and Callie and Marvin where exceptional hosts. The rooms were also well kept and were definetly up to my standards. Would recommend as well as stay again upon my return」

As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as...

「Food was out of this world, it was buffet for all meals. Some of the restaurants like Jacks and the Italian restaurant was closed. but the bay restaurant made up for it. 」
