「I like the place for the location, our suite was perfect; few things that can improve are staff communication( sometimes staff do not reply to text messages; also I don’t know their honesty when you ask for help as no follow up to see if you actually got the help; it just falls through and that is not good); the lady at the Starbucks can also smile and say hi with eye contact; I felt uncomfortable every time I went there! We will definitely return!」

「Resort was great. Couple things could use improvement. We stayed in the family parlor. The bedroom did not have any air conditioning. There should be more options for food. The only breakfast option was at the Fish house and let’s just say the food was less than desirable. The free water was great! Unfortunately free uce cream was promised but my kids were never able to get any, freezer was always empty.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」
