「Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.」

「Our stay was great at AHS. This place is new and it had everything we needed. There are many details that stand out about this place starting from the instructions. The host was really nice and made excellent recommendations. I hope to stay here again soon.」

「It’s a centrally located, within walking distance to Vitosha, Aleksandr Nevski, mineral springs, food, restaurants, public transportation. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the possible toiletries provided. All the kitchen supplies. Plenty of closet space enough for a very long stay. 」

「So convenient right in the center of things — easy come and go. Choice to have your room serviced or not disturbed with the click of a button on the door. Lots of amenities provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows — beds are soft, which I love! 」

「The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.」

「浴槽があったので、お湯をはり入浴。お湯を抜こうと栓を開けると、お湯が抜けず便器の前の排水口から溢れてきて、バスルームは水浸しに。フロントに電話しようにも説明書類はブルガリア語のみ、やむなく外線で電話した。部屋を変えるというが、夜も遅いし明日修理ということで、応急に敷くタオルを持って来させたが、そなタオルに髪の毛が残っていた。周りに何も無く街まで車で20分かかる。夕食をリゾート内のレストランで済ませたが、チップを要求された。ブルガリアではチップの習慣は無いはずなのに。翌日、排水の修理ができず部屋を変わることに。前夜の不便に対する補償を求めると、ランクアップした部屋に変えたので、それだけ。と言われる。しょうがないが、図体だけゴージャスで中身が伴っていない気がした。」

「Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable」
