「We didn't have our room serviced and had to go to the front desk to get more towels to use.」

「This place was a very unique stay. Lots of history here. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. No issues with the stay. Would recommend.」

「The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

「The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better」

「The room had dirty towels in the bathroom when I asked for clean towels those were stained yellow they wasn't white at all. No elevator and the halls smelled like old cigarettes and old carpet.I waited until I got home to shower. Breakfast was coffee plain bagels and a blueberry muffin I passed I woke up super early to get out of there」

「I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? The building on the outside could use some work and the area around the hotel was suspect. However, as you walk toward downtown it gets better quickly. Since I was only...

「Did see some pet hair, but I overall clean. Toaster oven, microwave, and large fridge and freezer all present. Free wifi, good location, and good parking. No weird rules. Door locks all worked well. Mounted large tv.」
