「Check in was less than desirable, the two girls at the desk literally argued as to whether or not we could check in early and if we owed a fee for checking in early. We decided to take a ground floor. The back of the hotel was a mess and that’s where our room was. Leaves and garbage were everywhere and had been there for a while. They kept blowing into our room when we went in and out. The sliding glass door was horribly dirty. I couldn’t stand it, so I took a towel and washed it just to see out...

「Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean.」

「This property has a delicious breakfast buffet as well as a hot tub and pool that we thoroughly enjoyed.」

「It’s a new hotel which is nice. Food at the bar was awful. I ordered the cheese fries and a chicken Caesar salad. Basic but done poorly. Wanted coffee in the morning when I woke up. No coffee cups in the room. Also, elevator floor was filthy.」

「The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from.」

「Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again.」

「ビジネス用での宿泊でした。宿泊施設には期待してませんでしたが、予想通り不便な所でした。 タクシーを予約しましたが、20分以上も遅れて、不満でした。」
