「Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. 」

「This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable 」

「Overall, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel which was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and responsive to queries on what to do in the surrounding area. Areas of improvement include 1. Use of heavy room keys was an inconvenience 2. We had a early morning flight but reception did not open on time at 6:30 as stated so we couldn't check out properly (other guests on same flight faced the same issue despite hotel staff booking our taxis and knowing we had leave...

「We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! 」

「街から少しだけ離れていますが十分に歩ける距離です。ホテル自体も部屋もとても素敵でした。朝食もとても良かったです。スタッフも英語が話せてスペイン語がさっぱりな私たちも助かりました。氷河ツアーの申し込みも手伝ってくれました。また機会があれば是非利用したいです。」

「It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us! 」

「The most glamourous of camping! The atmosphere and food were only surpassed by the wonderful, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. I wish there were EcoCamps elsewhere — we’re “dome people” now.」

「プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。」

「湖と山を見渡せる高台にある居心地の良いロッジ。中心街からは10分ほど坂を上らないとならないが、夜には往復とも送迎してくれるので不便は感じなかった。夜は静かで街の灯りから少し離れているので星空がきれいで、朝は湖と山並みの向こうから昇る朝日が素晴らしいです。 スタッフはとても親切です。一度夜遅くに翌日チャルテンへの往復送迎を手配出来ないかと相談したら、朝一にツアー会社に連絡してくれ、送迎車の手配をしてくれました。」

「町の中心から距離がありますが、1時間毎にバスがあり、それほど不自由はしません。ホテルの周りには何もないです。道路を挟んで湖に面していて広々とした景観です。部屋も廊下も広くて快適ですが、団体客がいるせいで混雑することがあります。」

「部屋がフロントに近いところにあったので、夜遅くまでうるさかった。宿泊者の殆どが日中はアクティビティにでかけて帰りが遅くなるので騒がしいのは仕方ない。部屋の位置を指定できたら最高だった。フロントスタッフは、とても感じがよく、英語で会話ができ安心した。」
