I was a first time solo traveler and found this hotel to be very comfortable with great amenities. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the heater under the bathroom tile floor. The view from my room was of the road out in front of hotel and it was very nice. I used the spa twice in two days, that’s how much I liked it! Great service and prices. I also hired a car from the hotel to pick me up and drop me off and while it may have been a few dollars more than I would have paid elsewhere, my driver was very nice and gave me great information and history of the area. I really enjoyed my trip and hope to be back someday.

The hotel is excellent and comfortable in almost every aspect. Only one observation is warranted: the Wi-Fi signal in our rooms was very weak and needs improvement.

El Calafate was amazing and staying at this hotel made it great as well! Great facilities, great staff, and amazing breakfast. The staff at breakfast went out of their way to accomodate my son's dietary needs and for that I am grateful. Excellet hotel!

The property is extremely well maintained and clean, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating. We also appreciated the large gathering areas in the lobby.
