「Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . 「We’re group of 10 people stayed there we asked for vegetarian breakfast they didn’t deliver their promised at all give us all the excuses. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful.」

「The room was fairly big, clean and our children had their own beds which was good. The pool can only be used by over 16s which was the main reason we booked, but my fault for not checking. Breakfast was fine, but understaffed (just one person), our son was handed cutlery and told to make up our table which we thought was a bit unprofessional. While this wasn’t an expensive hotel, I still don’t think we got good value and wouldn’t stay again.」
