「Wow!!! Such a fabulous stay with my husband and 10 month old. The staff were very accommodating and sweet people. They even upgraded us based on availability for our stay :) We loved the farm animals and playground for our baby and although we couldn’t use the pool bc of the weather, it was still such an enjoyable stay with stunning views. The food was also very good. We walked to the town of Greve, which was very nice and convenient. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return one day!」

「駅からも観光地からも歩ける距離でとても便利でした。建物の1フロアだけなので、入口が少し分かりにくく、エレベーターが小さくて少し怖かったです。 部屋はとても綺麗で無料でグレードアップしてもらえました。 シャワーの圧が少し弱かったことだけが残念でしたが、それ以外は冷蔵庫のドリンクは飲み放題で朝ごはんもクロワッサンとコーヒーが無料でついていて最高でした。」

「部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かったのと、wi-fiが繋がりにくかった。自分で水や少し食料を持参したから良かったが、周辺にはお店もないので、冷蔵庫に少し飲み物を用意したり、紅茶やコーヒーくらい付けて欲しかった。レストランにデザートを食べに行ったが、カットフルーツを子供達が頼んだら、丸ごとの果物とナイフが出てきて唖然…。ジェラートを頼んだら棒アイス…あまりに手抜き！素敵なホテルだけれど、ちょっと残念だった。でも、犬連れには庭も広くて快適だったのでフィレンツェに行く時はまたぜひ泊まりたい」

Die Unterkunft und das Appartement sind an und für sich in einem guten Zustand, welcher allerdings etwas schlechter ist wie auf den Fotos, im Kontext Preis-Leistung jedoch passt. Unser Hauptkritikpunkt liegt bei dem Restaurant der Anlage und in der Kommunikation. 「The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.」

「Muy agradable la habitación , con una linda cocina. Nos encantó el Sillón y la Pequeña estancia ya que viajábamos 4 amigas y podíamos descansar y conversar ahí al final del día. Sería muy útil que dieran a los viajeros instrucciones de cómo tomar taxi y autobús desde el aeropuerto y desde la terminal de trenes. Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar...
