「This Wyndham property is struggling. I stayed two nights. The property is a bit run down and dated, but that doesn’t bother me. Cleanliness is the issue. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Carpets in the hallway were not vacuumed and stained. The breakfast…depressing. Doors propped open all day (and night). The staff were all friendly. But cleanliness!」

「When we arrived for our stay, the rooms have not even been cleaned. All the beds had been slept in, trash everywhere, half eaten food in the fridge and soiled towels laying around. The hotel staff didn't even response when I call them.」

I’ve stayed at Alpine Lake at several different properties, and this was the first one that provided keys to be able to use the indoor pool. It was the perfect space for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. 」

「This property was just as pictured. Very spacious and clean. People who have any issues with steps should caution. There are steps to enter rither by the front or back door. Also the 3rd bedroom and the second bathroom are downstairs. There was also a great deal of noise down in that bedroom, from either the air conditioner and or the plumbing. The person that slept down there said they heard every time the toilet flushed upstairs during the night; and they could hear some sort of...

「At first we were hesitant due to the total for two nights, three days. When we arrived though, the level of thoughtful hospitality was worth every penny. As someone who works in a customer focused job, Mike & his wife went ahove and beyond. The last place we stayed in WV was only a little shy more than what we paid for this cabin, but with 0% thoughtfulness to it's customers in terms of basic amenities.
