"Nice, clean room. Reasonable price."

"The staff was very nice at this hotel. Problem with the door keys almost immediately, people hanging out in the lobby and outside, having a room directly across from the elevator and guest laundry room made for a very loud overnight stay. The toilet ran all night and overflowed in the early morning without any use."

"Unexpected expenses. You gotta pay for parking either way. Room was clean and nice. Bed was uncomfortable towels was like sandpaper and there's no microwave. I've machine is on odd floors and one didn't work. "

"Check in was easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Bathroom was clean and nice water pressure for shower. "

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "

"Room was clean bed and pillow very uncomfortable sheets and towels were clean but looked dirty and very thin. Staff was very friendly answering all questions hotel was full and we didn’t have any hot water for showers. Parking was very tight for all the cars. "

"The HVAC "system" is simply a wall unit....no thermostat in room so you are either cold or hot. Pool was closed, much of hotel a mess from construction. Breakfast was cold."
