「The room was generally clean, as many others have mentioned. However, several flies—likely due to the season—were found dead by the window, and the shower area had dark stains along the wall joint, so I can't say it was excellent. The worst part was the customer service. The front desk was hard to find—located in a room to the right of the entrance, with no signage and the door closed. At the very least, there should be a "Reception" sign and the door should be left open. Upon arrival, there...

「If you have huge lagguages I reccomend that you choose a different hotel that has elevators.」

「The facility is a fairly long walk from Old Town but the street is quiet and the neighborhood is pleasant. The room is large and stays cool even without air-conditioning. The breakfast is brought to the room each morning and is sufficient. The only lack in the facilities is the shower has no door and water gets on the bathroom floor, so you must be careful of that. The TV only has the standard satellite for a Polish residential apartment, but that's OK. The staff is definitely helpful. You...
