「Everything was great and clean. Quiet. Ladies at desk are amazing. Would come back again. If you’re staying outside the city pick this place! Good area, good worth for price」

「The ac in the living room didn’t cool and the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way.」

「Property was as described with a nice deck for enjoying the evening while grilling you fresh catch or filling up before a day on the water. Good location just a short drive to Venice Marina」

「Fantastic!」

「Things that did not work or worked poorly:Ice MachineOvenHot Water Outside water hose was very short and couldn't wash down our boats. The isolation valve to the hose could not be turned off.Smoke / CO2 alarm went off several times throughout the night. I carry a portable CO2 alarm is the only way we felt safe.House was nice minus the above.Russ」

「Great communication and easy access. Will stay again!」

「Stayed for 5 nights very convenient location property was well air conditioned but the stove and tv did not work so had to heat up dinners on the grill outside. The grill hardly would hold charcoal due to a hole. (Glad I brought my own crockpot) the dishwasher drain emptied into a pot under the kitchen sink. All of these were not major issues as it is a hunting/fishing camp but this camp did have a major problem with ants on all counters in the kitchen. We also discovered a very big wasp nest...

「Plenty of room for our fishing trip. The ice machine was great and never ran out. Had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly. We would stay here again.」

「Great communication and cleanliness house」

「This was a great option for a medium sized group. We had 6 people and it was spacious and laid out well enough to make everyone feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend this houseboat for a great trip!」

「Very smooth check-in and the host was very responsive with any questions we had.」

「Great location to Venice Marina!! Perfect end of day dinner at Chance’s that Gordon Ramsey advocated for (less than 2 minute drive from house). Comfort, Cleanliness and Care have gone into the long-term maintenance of this home! Look forward to referring and staying at this location again for future charters. Tons of space for groups, families, and adventurers alike!」

「Very good price for the accommodations. Only thing missing is an ice machine but I’m sure the price would go up a bit for that…」
