This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

This is THE place to stay in Pucallpa! My first time here but I will definitely be staying here next time. The property is beautiful and quiet and the staff is very friendly. They also have a dieta friendly menu in restaurant.

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Nice place. Modern clean hotel, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Great breakfast buffet. You’ll need a taxi to get to the city center, and the traffic can get pretty congested. Hotel is great though.
