TV was not working properly; they fixed it the last day I was there; shower tap was plugging the last two days; the treadmill machines was not working. Good fresh breakfast. People need to smile more when they greet you, makes you feel like you are a not really welcome or they are not happy with their jobs.

I really like the hotel and have stayed several times. It’s safe (I’m a business woman on work trips), well located, comfortable with several services available (room service, breakfast included, gym, bar, restaurant) nice details such bed preparation in the evening with a chocolate included. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is large and modern.

This modern hotel is conveniently located around 5 star restaurants and small shopping centers. By car, is close to many must-see places like Larcomar mall, sea-front parks and the historic downtown. The hotel itself is awesome, rooms are spacious, beds softs, showers great. The staff goes out of the way to help you out. Their own restaurant is a great option if you don't feel like dinning out. I spent 10 days here and I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in Lima. Highly recommended!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. The staff was cordial and helpful. A pleasant surprise was the gym in the eighth floor, which was more spacious and functional than others. The one thing that could improve is space for working. There is a room where people with laptops can sit and work, but little privacy. But there are good alternatives within walking distance. Overall, an excellent experience, I would certainly stay here again.
