This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. I stayed with my girlfriend for one weekend. We left the property exactly as we found it only needed a place to sleep for an event we were attending. Five minute drive to VIR. Only negative experience was an off leash unidentified dog randomly on the lot next door one night that was very threatening. 「This was a nice little married couples get away. The fire pit, sauna, and hot tub were great additions to get away and just relax and spend time together. The host was amazing at communicating and every detail was thought about in this tiny comfortable cabin. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay and get away for a couple nights.」

A/c is old and struggled to keep house a comfortable temp. Had plumbing issues with guest bathroom. Couple beer cans in back yard beside fire pit. 「This is a nice house that is well decorated with a lake theme. There is plenty of room for sitting and for eating in the main room. The bedrooms each have comfortable beds and dressers for plenty of storage space. There is a wonderful lake view from the deck.
