「We stayed 2 nights.. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast included in the price. We had a standard double room. All very clean, however I would say that this room could do with an update, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one of the evenings and the food was very good. 」

「I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my son and his girlfriend, and they had an amazing time. The service was outstanding – they were made to feel so welcome from the moment they arrived. It really made the occasion feel extra special, and I just wanted to say thank you to the team for looking after them so well. I’m now really looking forward to visiting myself soon with my wife – can’t wait!」

「無料の無線LANと記載がありますが、全く繋がりませんでした。フロントスタッフに尋ねると「宿泊客が多いため回線が混雑している」との回答でしたが、たとえ満室になっても繋がるようにしておくべきではないでしょうか。仕事で使う必要があったため頼み込んでフロントにあるPCを10分程使わせていただきましたが、その他諸々の予定がかなり狂いました。また、宿泊した日の夜には、結婚パーティが夜通し行われていました。宿泊した部屋はパーティ会場から離れていたので安心していましたが、ちょうど寝入った夜中1時頃、そのパーティで酔っ払った客が隣の部屋で騒ぎ始め、起こされる羽目に。。。客室の壁は薄いです。」
