「The property has s beachfront with great beach access and pool. Restaurant and coffee/snack area well maintained. Food was good. The room was comfortable but we could not get cleaning service for our 4 day stay which was disappointing and was requested numerous times each morning. We even asked on our floor each time we saw the cleaning staff and requested at the front desk each day. Each time we were told it would be provided. 「We had a great time, the beach had some seaweed due to the time of year. However there was so much to do it didn’t bother us! Great pool, hot tub and activities to keep everyone busy.」

「Super clean and great staff. There is also a park directly across the street if you have kids or dogs in my case, it was really convenient and close to EVERYTHING! I do definitely recommend it especially that it's cleaner than most big name hotels!!」

We later learned that the person at the desk was told to lie and they knew it was a problem throughout most of the hotel. We had reserved/requested an upgraded room and even though the hotel was almost empty we were not given that room. Both the on property pool and the beach club pool were amazing with very attentive staff. The shuttles to and from anywhere within Delray - Beach, shops, restaurants, bars - were available with virtually no waiting time. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay!!」
