「Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. 「This was a nice place to stay. One caveat to future people that stay. Make sure your card has good clearance and is able to go up a steep hill without issues. We had a Toyota Camry rental car and it had a little trouble. This has nothing to with the quality of the stay. Just make sure you have Jeep, Rav4, or something that is good on hills.
