"I stayed just one night at the hotel. It’s close to the airport and the shuttle is conveniently located. Driver was friendly and polite. The room was clean and he bed was very spacious. I do have two complaints. The front desk staff person Luis may need more training. When I approached him I said hello twice and he just looked at me. I think you should consider additional training. Lastly, your staff repeats the room number out loud. Anyone can hear exactly where you’re located. And as a solo traveler this is very dangerous! I would recommend making those changes: "

One of the best parts is the location—it’s within walking distance to the city center, shopping, restaurants, and many attractions. It made getting around Amsterdam very convenient.
