「Our stay in Amsterdam was amazing, and the apartment was exactly as described. Great, quiet location in Jordan, nearby multiple tram and bus stations to access Centraal Station and other landmarks. Walking distance to the Anne Frank House, Westerkerk Church, and Albert Heijn grocery stores. It was truly a lovely experience and our interactions with Astrid were wonderful; it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than a host. 「My family booked 2 rooms and asked to assign the rooms next to each other in advance. However, hotel didn’t response to us. And, our rooms were NOT assigned next each other finally. We understand it might be difficult to do it, because of booking situation by other customers. However Hotel should have excused it at least, when we checked in. No staff may check the message function of Hotel.com. Hotel itself was nice, because of the location and cleanness.」
