"PROS The hotel’s location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood close to transportation, shops, restaurants and situated on one of the loveliest canals in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, loved the windowed balcony and very much appreciated having coffee/tea and refrigerator provided. I loved the filtered water tap provided by the hotel, it was very nice touch, in addition to their own selection of toiletries provided.
