「I had some difficulty going into the bathroom using a wheelchair due to a step. But the staff made a ramp immediately!」

「At first I thought it might be noisy because there was a cafe attached, but the room was quiet and clean.」

「This is an exceptional hotel with fabulous features. It is five minutes walk from the canal, windmill and nice canal-side restaurant, 15 mins walk to station or center of town. Staff are wonderful.」

「A remarkable little gem of a hotel in Haarlem. The history of the building just adds to the charm and I really appreciated the history lesson while checking in. The original ceiling painting in the reception/breakfast area is beautiful. They’ve done a great job of modernizing the building while maintaining the charm. Do realize that you’re staying in an almost 400 year old building so there are some quirks with stairs but there is a lift to deal with most of those.」

「朝食はすごくおいしかったです。冷凍庫もあり保冷剤を預かってもらえました。清潔です。夜間到着だったので、メールなどであらかじめ連絡して、スキポールから300番バスとハーレム駅から2番のバスで乗り継いでいけました。最初のバスで6ユーロの券90分を買っておくことが大事です。ホステルからスキポールに戻るときにバス運転手が無知で、2回で合計8.3ユーロ払う羽目になりました。ホステルはシャワーもきれい、トイレもきれい、部屋についておりました。2段ベッドあり、6人部屋。夜中到着で他に人に申し訳なかったですが、ベッド灯りは点滅灯で見えにくくて、スマホ灯で見ました。アムステルダムの安い宿が満室で、近隣でこの値段で泊まれてよかったです。ホステルの前にバス停があり、便利です。」

L’endroit est idéal pour profiter d’Haarlem tout en étant à 15 mn à pied de la gare pour rejoindre Amsterdam. Tout était bien organisé et conforme aux informations que nous avons reçues.」
