「We’ve stayed here in the past and without issues. This trip however the elevator on our side of the hotel was down which meant we had to walk the entire hotel each time we came and went. The door handle for our room was also broken and wouldn’t accept the keycards so ended up having to get replacements a couple times. Something else that is new is that now you have to pay to park each night you stay here, $15/day.」

「The resort was just as expected. Very nice amenities with many choices for activities and restaurants. And the pool areas were wonderful with staff available for food or drinks. Awesome! Will return!」

「Very nice location on the beach. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My only complaint was that my room advertised a freezer and a sitting chair which it did not have. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I will return for sure.」

「This hotel (Spring Hill Suites) was very new and clean. The pool was lovely, and the hot tub was perfect, especially at night. We had the free breakfast each day and were happy they had oat milk for our coffee, which was excellent, very strong! The breakfast was simple but decent. The staff were very friendly. Our room was large with a cute balcony. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because when we asked for fresh towels and a garbage pick up after the first day, we never got them and...

「Right across the street from quiet, beautiful stretch of beach. Ideally located close to downtown and up the street from the beach restaurants/bars at the roundabout. Sunrise breakfast at Sliders is awesome. The unit came equipped with EVERYTHING you need to cook (or bake for that matter). Quiet, comfortable and effortless check-in and checkout. 「Great stay!」

「Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating.」

「Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back.」

「For 1, I got a room with 2 beds and told them I had children, the bathroom was a death trap for my toddler. The tub was so slick I had to go buy bath mats to put in it. The built in shower METAL fold down chair was also extremely dangerous. There was also a sharp spot in the center of the tub floor that cut my babys foot. And its just part of the tub. There were all kinds of spots on the blankets, I went and bought blanket sets for the beds. The wifi was HORRIBLE, I evem paid for the "better"...

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, personable and helpful. I enjoyed the hot breakfast, there were a lot of options. The hotel is in a great central location between the beach and parks, plenty of restaurants and shopping.」
