「A beautiful and charming place to stay. It’s affordable and relaxing.」

「The condo was perfect. The screened porch was so peaceful. We saw owls, squirrels, and woodpeckers!I was concerned about the walk to the beach was a lot too far for some family members but we found out we could park close to the beach.」

「Ocean view was nice. Location was convenient.」

「Great location steps away from beach and close to Clinch State Park and restaurants. Very clean. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Host responded promptly and helpful with questions and concerns. Would consider going back.」

「Some young girl occupied the place when we arrived. She sent us next door to the hosts house. 「Clean well equipped condo. Convenient central Amelia Island location. Easy access to the beach, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island Plantation area.」

「Nice place」

However the lighting in the condo was barely adequate especially in one of the bedrooms.Pools are nice and clean but really not big enough for the number of guests.Apparently gate clickers have been done away with but that was not noted anywhere. Accessing the resort gate therefore was quite a hassle.Breezeway lights apparently do not work which made for some...

What I was not happy about was the fact that there were only 3 old towels and they smelled as if they had been sitting wet for a long period of time. I had to wash the towels about 4 times before the smell started to fade but once the towels were wet again after a shower the smell was back. In my opinion,...

「Beach was literally across the street which is what we were looking for 」

「Perfect for a weekend getaway that’s dog friendly!」
