「The cabin was spotlessly clean. The cabin was beautiful in an incredible setting. Well worth going a bit out of the way. It was exactly as advertised.」

「Overall was a good stay. Listening stated a grill but didn’t have a tank so we brought a small charcoal grill. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Pet friendly so we got to bring our dog. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pair of tongs. Close to Kroger, Family Dollar and Dollar General for any odds and ends we needed.」

「The cabin was very nice. The only issue we had was it doesn't have a microwave - but we managed. The downstairs AC works very well! The upstairs AC was working really hard but it was still a little warm upstairs.The lady that dropped by with clean towels - Peggy - was such a sweet lady and even brought us brownies! We truly appreciated that.」

「The cabin was clean and well maintained. Mike, the host, was very accommodating on a couple small issues upon arrival. The hot tub was excellent. Will definitely return for another trip to Burr Oak state park.」

「She stated lot 13 isn’t a 13 .. then comes into camper unannounced…says no hidden fees …she’s trying to charge for dogs which we marked ..also tried charging for blinds which was caused by them entering camper.bathroom is very small…has soft spots in bathroom on floor …fridge was dirty ..」

「What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again.」

「In all the property was nice. I had to buy new pans because the old ones had teflon chips in it. I left the new pans for the next user. The Hot Tub was excellent. The space is open floor, they had blinds on the window but not the front door or back door, no way to cover for night when sleeping. It was really close to the park for trails and swimming.」
